Dehydrated blend of Paprika and Gold Cayenne peppers into a flake and powder with some Himalayan Pink Salt. Use as a rub for chicken and fish or as a stew base for curry. Blossom in butter for macaroni and cheese with a little kick. Medium heat and can be ground to a finer powder.
