Alberta Red Hatch Pepper Paste

A very thick paste made from a volunteer natural variegation of the Hatch Numex Chile, perhaps the Ghost Red and who knows what else and it’s hot! Simmered with sweet Vidalia onions, White Wine Vinegar, Sugar and Mustard Seed down to a powerful spreadable delight. Very intense in color, flavor and heat this relish is ideal for slathering onto anything a Chile-head eats. Toss into a stir-fry.

1 – WEAR GLOVES, DOUBLE IF NECESSARY.
2- DO NOT BRING YOUR GLOVED HANDS TO YOUR FACE.
3- DO NOT WASH UP IN HOT WATER, THAT RELEASES THE OILS.
4- THE ONLY ANTEDOTE FOR CAPSAICIN IS WHEY PROTEIN FOUND IN ANY
MILK PRODUCT. DO NOT USE WATER OR CARBONATED BEVERAGE.
5- PEPPERS IN THE HOT CATAGORIES CAN HURT YOU, USE THEM
RESPONSIBLY. WE BEAR NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE
USE OF OUR HOT PEPPER PRODUCTS.
