Bishops Crown Pepper – Dried Whole

Originally cultivated in South America and the Caribbean, This heirloom pepper has spicy and fruity flavors that make it a great complement to fish, poultry, pork and vetetables.
Possible, but not tested, Scoville heat units; 5,000 – 15,000 SHU.

Options for purchase are WHOLE or FLAKED, dehydrated Peppers. Blossoming in oil will release flavors and aromas for as a stew, sauce or dip base.
