Habanero Caribbean Red Pepper – Dehydrated Whole or Flake

Twice as hot as the regular habanero! Its fruity flavor is a fine addition to make extra spicy salsas, marinades and for some very hot sauces. It originates from the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico, grown on our farm in south-central Virginia, USA Heat Level: Extra Super Hot. Scoville Heat Units about 200,000-400,000 SHU.

FLAKED peppers can be blossomed in oil for the rue base of dips, stews and sauces, releasing the full flavor. WHOLE peppers can be revitalized by a 15-minute soak in water, vinegar or a combination of both. Save the liquid for the sauce.

4- THE ONLY ANTEDOTE FOR CAPSAICIN IS WHEY PROTEIN FOUND IN ANY
MILK PRODUCT. DO NOT USE WATER OR CARBONATED BEVERAGE.
5- PEPPERS IN THE HOT CATAGORIES CAN HURT YOU, USE THEM
