Caribbean Red Habanero Pepper Jelly

Hot Caribbean Red Habanero Peppers backed up with the South American Bishop’s Crown Pepper for an intense fruity flavor, Red Wine Vinegar, Lemon/Lime Juices and Sugar.  Fiery heat and a fascinating back flavor. Spoil yourself, put it on Vanilla Ice Cream. Serve it on cucumber slices & chèvre aka goat cheese. An entertaining alternative to the Aisan ‘Ha So’ Sauce, for dipping. Finish your stir-fry with a dollop, just after you turn off the heat.

2- DO NOT BRING YOUR GLOVED HANDS TO YOUR FACE.
3- DO NOT WASH UP IN HOT WATER, THAT RELEASES THE OILS.
4- THE ONLY ANTEDOTE FOR CAPSAICIN IS WHEY PROTEIN FOUND IN ANY
MILK PRODUCT. DO NOT USE WATER OR CARBONATED BEVERAGE.
5- PEPPERS IN THE HOT CATAGORIES CAN HURT YOU, USE THEM
RESPONSIBLY. WE BEAR NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE
USE OF OUR HOT PEPPER PRODUCTS.
