Very Hot Caribbean Red Habanero Peppers halved, including seeds, pickled in white vinegar and Himalayan pink salt.  Add as little or as much as desired, you control the heat. Along with the Scotch Bonnet, the Caribbean Red is a staple of Jamaican cooking with forward heat followed by a hint of sweet on the finish.
