Relish Chile Pepper & Onion
A blend or our medium heat red Chiles with the Mexican Holy Mole, which adds a hint of ‘smokey’ to the relish. Makes a great base for home made barbecue sauces, pairs very well with venison or roast pork, and adds a bouquet of flavor to a stew or goulash.
