Furnace Chile Pepper Jelly – hottest

Bhut Jolokia Peach Ghost Peppers, Reaper Peach Peppers, Greaper Peppers (one that is a cross-pollinated between the two) and Bhut Jolokia Ghost Red Peppers (that are also half Ghost and half Reaper), backed up with light and sweet Szedgi Peppers in a combination of White Wine & Red Wine Vinegars, Lime Juice and Sugar.  Hank rates the heat above “Summa Cum Laude”, one above his rating of Professional Heat, second to none yet. This jelly packs Ghost & Reaper Peppers into every jar and this is truly the hottest jelly we have ever made. If you have to ask how hot this jelly is, it is most likely too hot for you.

 Serve it on cucumber slices & chèvre aka goat cheese, the cheese will cut down the heat some. An entertaining dipping sauce. Finish your stir-fry with a dollop, just after you turn off the heat.

2- DO NOT BRING YOUR GLOVED HANDS TO YOUR FACE.
3- DO NOT WASH UP IN HOT WATER, THAT RELEASES THE OILS.
4- THE ONLY ANTEDOTE FOR CAPSAICIN IS WHEY PROTEIN FOUND IN ANY
MILK PRODUCT. DO NOT USE WATER OR CARBONATED BEVERAGE.
5- PEPPERS IN THE HOT CATAGORIES CAN HURT YOU, USE THEM
RESPONSIBLY. WE BEAR NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE
