Holy Trinity Chile Mole Pepper Mix – Dried Flakes

A tasty blend of the three peppers called the “Holy Trinity” of Mexican cooking. The Guajillo, Poblano and Holy Mole Brown Pasilla. This is the base of many sauces.

Dried & Flaked they are best blossomed in oil as a stew base. Dehydrated, they can be revitalized by a 15 minute soak in water, vinegar or a combination of both. Save the liquid for the sauce.
