Santa Fe Chile Pepper Relish

Santa Fe Chile Peppers present for a colorful mix as they can be harvested at three colors of maturity, yellow, orange, and red. This variety of heat levels and flavor, backed by some Big Jim Chiles with sweet onions simmered in cider and white vinegars.  Medium hot spicey with lightweight flavors. Adds a kick to a pasta salad or Chicken enchiladas.

1 – WEAR GLOVES, DOUBLE IF NECESSARY.
2- DO NOT BRING YOUR GLOVED HANDS TO YOUR FACE.
3- DO NOT WASH UP IN HOT WATER, THAT RELEASES THE OILS.
4- THE ONLY ANTEDOTE FOR CAPSAICIN IS WHEY PROTEIN FOUND IN ANY
MILK PRODUCT. DO NOT USE WATER OR CARBONATED BEVERAGE.
5- PEPPERS IN THE HOT CATAGORIES CAN HURT YOU, USE THEM
RESPONSIBLY. WE BEAR NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE
USE OF OUR HOT PEPPER PRODUCTS.
