White Heat Habanero Pepper Relish

A blend of the White Habanero, the Sweet Szedgi, sweet onion, white wine vinegar and cardamom seed. Light in color, this relish is ideal for bringing the heat to any light colored flour rue or gravy. Used in a milk base, the heat is diminished but the flavor of the peppers remains. Ideal for seafood such as oysters or clams, raw or cooked. Cucumber slices topped with Creme Freshie, White Heat and Caviar.

2- DO NOT BRING YOUR GLOVED HANDS TO YOUR FACE.
3- DO NOT WASH UP IN HOT WATER, THAT RELEASES THE OILS.
4- THE ONLY ANTEDOTE FOR CAPSAICIN IS WHEY PROTEIN FOUND IN ANY
MILK PRODUCT. DO NOT USE WATER OR CARBONATED BEVERAGE.
5- PEPPERS IN THE HOT CATAGORIES CAN HURT YOU, USE THEM
RESPONSIBLY. WE BEAR NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE
USE OF OUR HOT PEPPER PRODUCTS.
