Vinegar – Ghost Yellow Peppers

The Yellow Bhut Jolokia is a natural variant of the red Bhut Jolokia, but with a different flavor. It has a sweet and fruity bhut jolokia flavor with citrus undertones. It looks similar to Fatalii and Devil’s Tongue, but it is much hotter!  Chopped, including seeds, pickled in white vinegar and Himalayan pink salt.  Add as little or as much as desired, you control the heat. Heat Level: Intense Scoville: 800,000
